Mr. Creech has been a practicing CPA in the Charleston area since 1988. He currently serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and is the co-lead on the Firm’s Real Estate Group.
Bobby has over 30 years of experience working with private companies in the real estate and construction industries with emphasis in real estate development, acquisitions, management and general construction. He delivers advice and consulting regarding complex real estate transactions as well as providing compliance services.

Stephen M. Holladay, CPA

Stephen Holladay is a Partner located in the Florence office of WebsterRogers and the firmwide Director of Tax Services. Holladay has been with WebsterRogers since graduating from college in 1989.
In Stephen’s role as Tax Leader for the firm, he is responsible for setting the firms tax policies & procedures, maintaining professional standards, and firm wide quality assurance. Thomas (Tom) E. Fitzsimmons, CPA, is a Partner in the Assurance Services Group of the Firm. Tom has over thirty-five years of experience in planning, organizing, and supervising attest engagements primarily for privately-owned businesses in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, and not-for-profit industries; reviewing and documenting clients’ systems of internal controls and accounting procedures; generating and presenting letters to management recommending improvements in internal controls and accounting procedures; and preparing and reviewing financial statements. He is also experienced in providing financial budgeting and projection services to small and medium-sized companies in a variety of industries. Tom also serves as the Quality Control Partner for the Firm and is responsible for the design and maintenance of all quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with appliable professional standards, regulatory requirements, and the Firm’s overall quality control standards. Tom is a former member of the Peer Review Committee of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA) and performs system and engagement reviews of other CPA practices.

Laurence joined WebsterRogers in February 2023 and has worked with domestic and international companies, as well as those owned by private equity and family offices. He has provided audit services across varying industries including real estate, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and retail. Prior to his time in public accounting, Laurence was a Jr. Vice President for a cotton merchandising firm where he served as part of a trading team that focused on international trade. This trading position required firm knowledge of the derivative and international marketing environment and involved travel to England, Italy, Turkey, Taiwan, Thailand, and Indonesia to meet with clients. Laurence joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in 2010 while earning his CPA in the state of South Carolina. During his first three years with PwC he focused on audit services for publicly traded companies. In 2013 he transitioned to private company audit services. In 2017 Laurence joined PwC Ireland in the Dublin office where he served clients as Assurance Manager of the International & Domestic Business group and was promoted to Assurance Senior Manager in 2019. Laurence was promoted once again in 2020 upon arriving back in the United States, where he worked as Director before joining WR in 2023. Outside of work, Laurence is actively involved in his community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their three children: Eliza, Louise, and Laurence.

Kathleen has extensive experience in SALT consulting and compliance for all types of businesses in a wide range of industries.
