“Prior to LEAP, I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to pursue a career in Tax or Assurance. LEAP gave me the opportunity to experience what it was like to work in Tax, Assurance, and Business Services. I really enjoyed the shadowing sessions and ultimately decided that Tax was the best fit for me. The people I met from WR were extremely helpful and I felt a sense of belonging. Following LEAP, I was offered an internship which turned into a full-time offer. I’ve been with WR for over five years now, and I look forward to many more!”
