WebsterRogers Privacy Policy
Updated 03.2025
The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, enacted by Congress on November 13, 2000, requires accountants to inform clients of their disclosure practices and establishes federal rules governing the disclosure of personal financial information. WebsterRogers has established and maintained rigorous policies and procedures that protect our clients and their information far beyond what government regulations require. We take your privacy very seriously. Below is the notice required by law.

CPAs, like all providers of personal financial services, are now required by law to inform their clients of their policies regarding the privacy of client information. CPAs have always been and continue to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by law. Therefore, we have always protected your right to privacy.
